Introduction

- Preparing the Dough
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1/4 cup yogurt
- Water (as needed for kneading)
- 2 tablespoons oil

- 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions:
- Divide the rested dough into equal balls.
- Roll out slightly, place a portion of the stuffing in the center, and seal well.

- Cook on a hot tawa/griddle until golden spots appear, brushing with butter.
