Preparing the Main Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp sattu (roasted gram flour)
  • 2 cups chilled water
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add sattu to a mixing bowl.
