Introduction

  1. Preparing Dal Bafla
    Ingredients for Bafla
  • 2 cups wheat flour

For Dal

  • 1 cup toor dal
  • 1/4 cup moong dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Hing, garlic, green chili, tomato, coriander

Instructions

  • Knead stiff dough. Shape into balls. Boil till they float, then bake until golden.
