Introduction
A traditional millet-based bread, nutritious and earthy, popular in rural Telangana.

Ingredients

  •  2 cups jowar flour
  • Hot water 
  • Salt

Instructions

  1.  Mix flour with hot water, knead into soft dough.
  2.  Roll thick flatbreads with hand (not rolling pin).
  3.  Cook on tawa till brown spots appear.
