½ cup broken wheat (dalia/fada)
2 tbsp ghee
2 cups hot water
Instructions:
Roast fada in ghee until golden.

½ cup jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped nuts
Instructions:
Mix jaggery into cooked wheat and simmer.
