1. Preparing the Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmati rice (soaked)

  • 2 potatoes, 1 cup carrots/peas

  • 2 onions, sliced

Instructions:

  • Fry onions till golden.

2. Cooking Tehri

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tsp turmeric, cumin, garam masala

  • 4 cups water

  • Add soaked rice and spices.
