  1. Preparing the Dough
    Ingredients:
  • 2 cups bhajani flour (mix of roasted wheat, rice, millet, and legumes)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

  • Add water gradually and knead into soft dough.

  • Take a ball of dough and pat it directly on a greased tawa or banana leaf into a round flatbread.
