Introduction

Ingredients:

– 2 cups pumpkin cubes

– 1 onion

– 1 tbsp ghee

– ½ tsp cumin

– ½ cup milk or coconut milk

– Salt

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and pumpkin in ghee.
  2. Add water and cook until soft.
  3. Blend into a smooth puree.
  4. Add milk and simmer.
