Introduction
 Pukhlein is a Khasi delicacy made with just rice flour and jaggery, fried to golden perfection. It’s sweet, chewy, and ideal with black tea.

Ingredients:
 Rice flour, jaggery, water, oil.

Instructions:
 Melt jaggery in water and cool.
Mix in rice flour to form thick batter.
Fry spoonfuls till golden brown.
