Green Coconut & Jaggery Dumplings

Introduction
A sweet dumpling prasadam offered in Sita Rama temples, combining fresh coconut, rice flour, and jaggery.
- Preparing the Rice Dough
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rice flour
- Salt, warm water to bind
Instructions:
- Mix flour with warm salted water into a soft dough.
- Making the Filling
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated fresh coconut
- ½ cup jaggery
- A pinch of cardamom
Instructions:
- Cook coconut and jaggery until jaggery melts. Add cardamom.
- Shaping & Cooking
Instructions:
- Shape dough into rounds, fill with coconut mix, seal.
- Steam or boil until firm.

- Serve warm as temple-style sweet offering.
