- Making the Kachaudi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ cup urad dal (soaked and ground)
- Hing, fennel, and black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare stuffing by sautéing ground dal with spices.
- Make dough balls, stuff with mixture, roll and fry.
- Making the Sabzi
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes
- Cumin, hing, turmeric, green chili
- Tomato purée (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté spices in ghee, mash potatoes, and mix.
- Simmer with water and serve hot.
