Introduction
Chhanar Paturi is a traditional Bengali dish where spiced paneer is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed — often served during religious events or bhog offerings.
- Preparing the Mixture
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh chhena (paneer)
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp poppy seed paste
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Salt, green chili, mustard oil
