Komolar Kheer is a delicately flavoured Assamese dessert using milk and orange pulp, served during Bihu and temple offerings in winter.
- Preparing the Kheer
Ingredients:
- ½ liter full-fat milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Orange segments (from 2 oranges), deseeded
Instructions:
- Boil and reduce milk till thick. Add sugar.
- Cool completely before gently folding in orange segments.
