Introduction

Lilva Kachori is a winter-special snack from Gujarat filled with spicy green pigeon peas (lilva). It’s crispy on the outside, with a warm, aromatic filling inside.

Ingredients:
For Dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil, salt, water

For Filling:

  • 1 cup crushed green peas or lilva
  • 1 tsp ginger-green chili paste
  • ½ tsp garam masala, sugar, lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

Instructions:
