Small brinjals, grated coconut, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, onions, jaggery, goda masala, tamarind
Instructions
Slit brinjals and stuff with masala made from roasted coconut, peanuts, and spices. Sauté in oil, add water and simmer till tender.
