Spiced Lentil-Stuffed Bread Origin: Delhi

 Introduction
A North Indian breakfast favorite – crispy poori stuffed with spiced urad dal paste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • 1 cup soaked urad dal

  • 1 tsp fennel powder

  • Oil for frying

Salt to taste
