Introduction
Chha Gosht is a rich Himachali mutton curry cooked in spiced yogurt and gram flour.
Ingredients:
- 500g mutton
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tbsp besan
- Spices (bay leaf, cinnamon)
- Ghee, ginger-garlic paste
Instructions:
- Boil mutton till tender.
- Cook curd with besan and spices.
