Temple Rice & Jaggery Pudding

Introduction
A famed prasadam in Kerala, especially at Sabarimala and Onam festivals, made of rice ada, jaggery, and coconut milk.
- Preparing Rice Ada
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice ada (cut rice flakes)
Instructions:
- Cook ada in 2 cups water until soft.
- Adding Jaggery
Ingredients:
- 1 cup jaggery syrup (dissolved & strained)
Instructions:
- Stir jaggery into cooked ada.
- Finishing Touches
Ingredients:
- 2 cups thick coconut milk
- 2 tbsp ghee-fried cashews & raisins
- Cardamom powder
Instructions:
- Add coconut milk and simmer gently. Top with nuts and cardamom.
- Serving Suggestions
- Serve warm or at room temperature in temple bowls.
