Introduction

Aloo ke Gutke is a popular dish from the Kumaon region, made using boiled potatoes sautéed in mustard oil and local spices. It’s tangy, spicy, and comforting.

Ingredients:
 3 boiled potatoes
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried red chilies
½ tsp turmeric, salt
Mustard oil

Instructions:
 Peel and cube potatoes.
Heat mustard oil, splutter mustard seeds and chilies.
Add turmeric and salt, mix in potatoes.
Cook till edges are crisp and golden.
