  1. Preparing the Base
    • 1 cup bajra (soaked overnight, coarsely ground)

    • ½ cup moong dal
  • Salt, turmeric
    → Cook bajra and dal together till soft.
  1. Tempering the Khichdi
    • 2 tbsp ghee

    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
    → Heat ghee, temper spices, mix with cooked bajra-dal.
