Introduction
Bel Sharbat is a cooling drink made from the pulp of the wood apple fruit, known for its digestive and hydrating benefits during scorching summers.

Ingredients:
1 ripe bel (wood apple)
2 tbsp jaggery or sugar
½ tsp black salt
2 cups chilled water

Instructions:
Break the bel fruit, scoop out pulp.
Soak in water, mash, strain the liquid.
Add jaggery and black salt. Stir well.

Pro Tips:
Chill before serving for best taste. Add mint if desired.
