Introduction
Carrot Pachadi is a South Indian side dish made during Onam and Vishu. It combines grated carrot with coconut and yogurt for a refreshing taste.

Ingredients
1 cup grated carrots
½ cup curd
¼ cup grated coconut
1 green chili, mustard seeds, curry leaves

Instructions
Steam carrots.
Grind coconut and chili to a paste, mix with curd and carrots.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
