Introduction
Chabeel is a traditional Sikh cooler made with rose syrup, water, and sabja (basil) seeds, distributed in large volumes during summer as seva.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp rose syrup
1 tsp soaked sabja seeds
Chilled water
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Mix rose syrup and water.
Add soaked sabja seeds and ice. Stir and serve.
Pro Tips:
Let sabja seeds soak 15 minutes before use.
Serving Suggestions:
Distribute in steel glasses during langars or community service.
