Introduction

Ingredients:
1 cup chana dal
1 tsp cumin
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies
Ghee, garlic, kasoori methi
Red chili powder, turmeric
Instructions:
Pressure cook dal.
Sauté onions, garlic, cumin, and spices in ghee.
Add to dal and simmer. Finish with kasoori methi and smoked ghee.
