Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh chana (paneer, crumbled)
  • 2 potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Instructions
Prepare soft chana koftas and fry.
Cook potato curry base, add koftas and simmer.
