Introduction

A fiery chutney made from red ants and their eggs—considered medicinal by tribal communities.

Ingredients:

  • Dried red ants (and eggs)
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  •  Garlic
  •  Ginger 
  • Chili 
  • Sugar
  •  Salt

Instructions:

  • Crush ants and eggs into powder.
  • Cook with tomatoes and spices, simmer into thick paste.
