Introduction
Chha Gosht is a rich Himachali mutton curry cooked in spiced yogurt and gram flour.

Ingredients:

  • 500g mutton
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • Spices (bay leaf, cinnamon)
  • Ghee, ginger-garlic paste

Instructions:

  1. Boil mutton till tender.
  2. Cook curd with besan and spices.
