Introduction
Chhanar Paturi is a traditional Bengali dish where spiced paneer is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed — often served during religious events or bhog offerings.

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh chhena (paneer)
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp poppy seed paste
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Salt, green chili, mustard oil
