Introduction
A rare dish made with fish dumplings (from Chitol fish) simmered in a rich gravy.

Ingredients

  • 300 g chitol fish flesh (scraped)

  • 2 potatoes (cubed)

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Instructions
Mix fish flesh, shape into dumplings, boil and fry.
Cook gravy with potatoes, add dumplings, simmer.

  • Scraping fish flesh is time-consuming but worth it.
