Preparing the Hara Cholia Sabzi
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh green cholia (gram pods)
  • 1 onion, 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin, turmeric, chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat oil, add cumin and onions, sauté till light brown.
  • Add tomatoes, spices, and cholia; mix well.
  • Add little water, cover, and cook till soft.
