Introduction
Jadoh is a traditional Khasi dish combining red rice and pork, often cooked in pork blood for rich flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups red rice
300g pork (with fat)
1 onion
Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
Salt, bay leaf, black pepper
Green chilies
Instructions:
Sauté pork with spices till brown.
Add soaked rice and mix well.
Pour water and cook till rice is done.
