Introduction

Jhangora Kheer is a creamy dessert made with barnyard millet and milk, often prepared during fasts and special occasions.

Ingredients:
 ½ cup jhangora (barnyard millet)
1 liter full-fat milk
½ cup sugar
Cardamom powder, chopped nuts

Instructions:
 Soak millet for 30 mins.
Boil milk, add millet and cook till soft.
Add sugar and cardamom.
Top with nuts and serve.
