Ingredients:
1 cup soaked cashews (halves)
1 onion, 1 tomato
½ cup grated coconut
1 tsp garam masala, turmeric
Oil, mustard seeds
Instructions:
Make a paste with coconut, spices, onion, and tomato.
Sauté in oil, add soaked cashews and water.
