- Soaking Lentils
Ingredients:
- ½ cup split yellow moong dal
- Water to soak

- Soak dal for 1 hour. Drain completely.
- Mixing the Salad
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup grated coconut
- 1 small cucumber (chopped)
- 1 green chili (optional)
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt

Ingredients:
- Mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing in a tsp of ghee
