Introduction
A festive meat snack, these shallow-fried kebabs are flavored with island-grown spices and served during Eid and weddings.

Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef or mutton

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 egg

  • Bread crumbs (for coating)

  • Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and form small patties.

  • Coat with breadcrumbs and shallow-fry until golden.
