Introduction
A Kashmiri street snack made from lotus stem fritters, crisp outside and soft inside.

Ingredients

  • 200 g lotus stem (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
Mix gram flour with spices and water into batter.
Dip lotus stems, deep-fry till crisp.
