Introduction
Made from the roots of the Nannari herb, this sherbet is Kerala’s traditional summer detox cooler, known to reduce body heat.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp nannari syrup (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 glass chilled water or soda
Instructions:
Mix syrup and lemon juice in chilled water.
Stir well and serve over ice.
