Paneer Tikka Quesadilla

Introduction
A hit in Delhi cafés, this quesadilla uses spiced paneer tikka filling with melty cheese, wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients
- 100 g paneer (cubed)
- 1 tsp tikka masala or tandoori masala
- ½ cup onions and bell peppers (sautéed)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- Butter/oil for grilling
Instructions
- Toss paneer in tikka masala and sauté.
- Layer tortilla with cheese, veggies, paneer.
- Fold and grill until crispy.
