Introduction
A traditional preparation where marinated fish is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bhetki/ilish fish

  • 2 tbsp mustard paste

  • 2 green chilies

  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

  • Banana leaves for wrapping

Instructions
Marinate fish with mustard paste and oil.
Wrap in banana leaf, steam or pan-fry until cooked.
