Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (Nendran preferred)
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp sugar
A pinch of turmeric
Water, oil for frying
Instructions

Make a thick batter with flours, sugar, turmeric, and water.
