Introduction
Puttu is a steamed rice flour and coconut delicacy from Kerala, typically eaten for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • Water, salt

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle water on rice flour until crumbly.

  2. Layer coconut and flour in a puttu maker.

  3. Steam for 7–10 minutes.
