Wild Mushroom Origin: Jharkhand

Introduction
A tribal delicacy made with Rugra (a seasonal wild mushroom found in Jharkhand forests).

Ingredients:

  • Rugra mushrooms

  • Onions, garlic, green chilies

  • Mustard oil

  • Salt, turmeric

Instructions:

    1. Clean Rugra thoroughly (they grow in soil).

    2. Heat mustard oil, sauté onion, garlic, chilies.

    3. Add Rugra and turmeric, cook till tender.

  • Season and serve.
