Introduction
Singori is a Kumaoni sweet of khoya and coconut, uniquely set in maalu (screw pine) leaves for fragrance and presentation.

Ingredients:
 Khoya, desiccated coconut, sugar, cardamom, screw pine leaves.

Instructions:
 Cook khoya, coconut, sugar until thick.
Cool, shape into cones and wrap in leaves.
