Introduction
Solkadhi is a refreshing digestive drink made from kokum (Garcinia indica) and coconut milk, common in the Konkan region.

Ingredients:

  • 8–10 kokum petals

  • 1 cup thick coconut milk

  • 2 garlic cloves
