Introduction
Made using kaji nemu (Assam lemon), Tenga Pani is a citrusy and slightly spicy summer drink loved for its refreshing zing.
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 Assam lemon
1 tsp sugar
Pinch of black salt
Crushed mint leaves
Cold water
Instructions:
Squeeze lemon juice, mix with sugar, salt, mint.
Add cold water, stir and serve.
