Introduction

Ladakhi adaptation of Tibetan comfort soup with hand-pulled noodles and vegetables or meat.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour, water for dough
  • Carrots, spinach, celery
  • Garlic, ginger, green chilies
  • Yak/mutton pieces (optional), salt

Instructions:
