Ingredients
- 1 medium breadfruit (peeled and sliced)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 red chilies
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Boil breadfruit slices until tender.
- In a pan, temper mustard, red chili, and garlic in oil.
- Add breadfruit, turmeric, salt. Stir-fry till slightly crispy.
