Ingredients

  • 1 medium breadfruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Boil breadfruit slices until tender.
  • In a pan, temper mustard, red chili, and garlic in oil.
  • Add breadfruit, turmeric, salt. Stir-fry till slightly crispy.
